How do I customize my formula?
To get started, take our hair, skin, or body quiz. You will specify your goals, fragrance preferences, and aesthetic choices to create a unique formula tailored specifically to your needs.
How long does shipping take?
Since every product is custom-made to order, please allow 5-9 business days for production and delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your results. If you are not satisfied with your custom formula, we offer a one-time free reformulations within 30 days of delivery. Because products are personalized, we do not accept traditional returns.
Are your products sulfate and paraben-free?
Yes, all of our formulas are 100% sulfate-free and paraben-free. We prioritize clean, effective ingredients and offer vegan and cruelty-free options for all our customers.
Can I change my subscription settings?
Absolutely. You can adjust your delivery frequency, skip a shipment, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?
